Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases on the Duncit Pet Store (ecomm.duncit.com), operated by Duncit. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or for COD orders once your phone is verified. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, mispriced or can't be delivered to your pincode.
Quantity limits per item may apply.

Payments

We accept online payment through our payment gateway and cash on delivery on eligible orders. We never store your card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping policy and our Returns and refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Product information

We try to show products, ingredients and sizes accurately. Pack designs may change from the photos. Always follow the feeding and usage guidance on the pack, and ask your vet about any health concerns.

Coupons, coins and offers

Offers can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn if misused.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
