Shipping policy

We ship across India from our warehouse in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, through Shiprocket's courier partners.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above.
Orders below ₹499 carry a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay (₹79 when a live courier quote isn't available).
Cash on delivery orders carry an extra ₹30 COD fee. COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000, and we confirm your phone number with a one-time code.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 days in Delhi NCR and 3–7 working days elsewhere, depending on your pincode.
You can check whether we deliver to your pincode on any product page.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send you the courier name and AWB (tracking) number. You can also follow it on the Track an order page or under My orders.

Delays and failed deliveries

Courier delays can happen because of weather, holidays or local restrictions. If a delivery fails because nobody was available or the address was incomplete, the courier will usually try again. If the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to reship it or refund you (the shipping charge is not refunded).
