How it works

We review the request within 48 hours. Once it's approved, a courier picks up the item from your address.
After the item reaches us and passes a check, we process your refund.

Refunds

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
COD orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI ID. We'll ask you for the details.
Shipping and COD fees are refunded only when the item was damaged, wrong or expired.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order from My orders until it has been shipped. Once it ships, please accept the delivery and request a return instead.
